MEMORABILIA

In the future I will be adding hopefully amusing stories of past slot car experiences, reprints of old Somebody's Got to Eat It articles from the 1970's and anything else I can think of that you may enjoy to this section. 

My first offering is this vintage external resistor controller from about 1991. A person called me earlier this year wondering if it was still usable for today's cars or if it could be updated. I had to tell him that a 1 ohm controller would not be able to control today's cars. I then offered to buy it for my collection for the cool sum of $50. The controller was bought at Elmsford Raceway and he claims it was never used! It certainly looks brand new.
